Advanced Open Water Diver Course

$329 plus tax, $20 card processing fee, gear included

The PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Course is designed to allow you to dive freely both safe and secure to depths of no greater than 130 feet. Having the Open Water Scuba Certification continue to develop your dive skills and experience even more of the underwater world. You can now enroll into our Advanced Scuba Diving Course. you will also be entitled to rent scuba diving gear and dive on the advanced shipwreck dives in Honolulu. Remember shipwrecks in Oahu are the reason most people would want to scuba dive in Oahu.

Advanced Oahu Scuba Diving Materials

PADI’s Adventures in Diving Manual information on more than 16 types of Hawaii specialty diving. You’ll use them as a guidebook to improve your diving skills and prepare for new experiences and adventures. Curious about Hawaii night diving? Flip to the night diving chapter. Once you’ve previewed the skills, we will guide you on your first night diving adventure. Review the underwater navigation section and learn how to safely navigate in any water condition.

Our Hawaii scuba courses

The skills and knowledge you obtain in the Advanced Open Water Diver course vary with your interest and the adventures you have, but include,

  • Navigate using kick-cycles, underwater landmarks and time
  • How to better use your dive computer and Recreational Dive Planner or R.D.P. for short.

The Hawaii Advanced Scuba Diving Course here in Hawaii builds on what you’ve learned by introducing you to new activities and of course new ways to have fun scuba diving in Hawaii and elsewhere. You’ll hone your skills by completing five adventure dives that introduce you to:

  • Underwater navigation
  • Scuba diving in Hawaii night course
  • Deeper water diving(Depths from 60-100 feet/18-30 meters)

Advanced Scuba Course -College Credit ?

Did you know that you can earn college credit for the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course and apply these credits towards the college of your choice.

Prerequisites

To enroll in the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course

  • A PADI Open Water Diver  (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
  • 15 years old (12 for Jr. Advanced Open Water Diver)
  • Must be in good health, preexisting problems should be checked with your doctor before starting a scuba diving course in Hawaii
